10. Store Bought Smoothies

Smoothies are better than juice because they keep all of the beneficial fiber, albeit partially “digested” in the blender. However, prepare your smoothies at home when possible!
There’s a reason store-bought smoothies taste like dessert and have a smooth, creamy texture. They’re loaded with additional ingredients that increase the fat and sugar level.
The fact that this garbage is hidden in a dish we consider nutritious is the problem. It’s far too simple to overindulge in harmful components without even realizing it.
