2.Omega 6 Fatty Acids
You might have heard about fatty acids Omega-3. They are super important for inflammation control. Fatty acids of Omega-6 can cause the body to produce inflammatory chemicals. You’ll find Omega-6 fatty acids in corn, safflower, sunflower, soy, and vegetable oils, and products that contain these oils. Replace rich oils with canola, flaxseed, walnut, and olive oil for your Omega-6.
Note that trans-fats and commercial oil are used for these omega-6 fatty acids. Eliminate this in order to provide additional protection.
